RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Ashford Return & Exchange Policy

At Ashford, we are committed to delivering quality and craftsmanship in every piece. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Exchanges:

  • Items are eligible for exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached.

  • Exchanges are only accepted for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.

Returns & Refunds:

  • Refunds are only issued in the case of a production defect.

  • To request a refund, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and include clear photos of the defect.

  • All return items must be in original condition, with tags attached and packaging intact.

Non-eligible items:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or returned without tags

  • Returns requested after the 3-day window

  • Items without a manufacturing fault

We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange that does not meet these conditions.
